梅雨時の上高地

あまり人気がないように思われる梅雨の時期ですが、実は上高地で働くスタッフが一押しする時期です。

その理由は…梅雨の時期、今だからこそ見られる上高地の美しい景色があるから！

6月に見られる植物たち

残雪の穂高連峰や、エメラルドグリーンに輝く梓川、緑が芽吹き青々と美しい木々を合わせて見られるのも残り僅かかもしれません。
そんな晩春から初夏へと季節が移り変わる上高地では、さまざまな美しい植物の姿を見られます。

【 レンゲツツジ 】
6月の上高地の花の代表格ともいえるレンゲツツジ。
上高地内では「岳沢湿原」や「田代湿原」で見られます。

【 ミヤマカラマツ 】
白い花火のような花が特徴的なミヤマカラマツは、花の形がカラマツの葉に似ていることが由来となっています。
小梨平キャンプ場や明神方面で見られます。

【 ベニバナイチヤクソウ（紅花一薬草） 】
鈴のような可愛らしい花が特徴的なベニバナイチヤクソウ。
花は下から順に咲いていくため、長い間楽しめるのも特徴の一つです。

上高地全域で6月いっぱいは見られそうですので、ご散策の際はぜひ探してみてはいかがでしょうか。

雨の上高地

梅雨はやはり雨が多く、残念に思われえる方も多いかもしれません。

しかし、雨露に濡れ、キラキラと輝く草木を見られるのは雨上がりにしか見られない特別な景色です！

こういった姿を見られるのは雨上がりだからこそ。

雨露に濡れた植物たち、雨の滴る音、水たまりに映る上高地の景色、靄に包まれた上高地。
梅雨の時期、雨の日だからこそ楽しめる景色がたくさんあります。

You can see the beautiful scenery in Kamikochi that you can only see during the rainy season!

Plants you can see in June

You can see the snow-covered Hotaka mountain range, the emerald green Azusa River, and the fresh, green trees all together. This might be one of the last chances to see them.
In Kamikochi, as spring turns to early summer, you can see many beautiful plants.

【 Renge Tsutsuji 】
The Renge Tsutsuji is one of the most famous flowers in Kamikochi in June.
You can see it in the “Dakesawa Marsh” and “Tashiro Marsh” in Kamikochi.
It’s still in bud, so you can enjoy its bright orange flowers for a while longer.

【 Miyama Karamatsu 】
The Miyama Karamatsu has white, firework-like flowers. The name comes from the fact that the shape of the flowers is similar to the leaves of the Karamatsu tree.
You can see it at the Konashidaira Campground and around the Myojin area.

【 Benibanaichiyakusou 】
There flowers are cute and bell-shaped.
They bloom from the bottom to the top, so you can enjoy them for a long time.

Rainy Kamikochi

The rainy season means a lot of rain, which might disappoint some people.
But!
You can see plants covered in sparkling raindrops, which you can only see after the rain!
These sights are special and can only be seen after it rains.

You can enjoy the plants wet with raindrops, the sound of raindrops, Kamikochi reflected in puddles, and Kamikochi wrapped in mist.
There are many beautiful sights you can enjoy only on rainy days during the rainy season.
