【夏到来！】上高地内避暑スポットご紹介
上高地にもようやく夏が訪れました！
先日、関東甲信や東海地方でも梅雨明けを迎え、上高地にもようやく夏がやって参りました！
朝晩は15度前後とまだまだ涼しい上高地ですが、日中は25度前後となり散策時は汗ばむ日も増えて参りました。
避暑スポットのご紹介
避暑地といってもやはり暑さを感じる上高地ですが、そんな中でも五千尺ホテル上高地から徒歩数分にある暑さをしのげるスポットをご紹介いたします。
【 清水川 】
五千尺ホテル上高地から徒歩数十秒、ホテルのすぐ隣を流れる清水川。
木々に囲まれ木陰になることに加え、通年を通して水温が7度前後の清水川からの冷気に包まれ散策の暑さをしのげる避暑スポットの1つです。
清水橋の上から川を覗き込むと、梅花藻が川の流れにゆらゆらと揺れる美しい景色もお楽しみいただけます。
【 中川 】
五千尺ホテル上高地から徒歩5分程、小梨平キャンプ場野中を流れる中川。
中川には湧き水が豊富に流れ混んでいるため透明度がとても高く、透き通る水がゆったりと流れる様子は、見ているだけで涼しさを感じられます。
ぜひ、ご散策の際には暑さをしのげるスポットも目的地の一つとし、透き通るほど美しい川の中を除いてみてはいかがでしょうか。

Summer Has Finally Arrived in Kamikochi !
Recently, the rainy season ended in the Kanto Koshin and Tokai regions, and summer has finally arrived in Kamikochi !
While Kamikochi remains cool at around 15°C in the mornings and evenings, daytime temperatures now reach around 25°C, making hikes warmer.
Cool Spots Introduction
Even though Kamikochi is a summer resort, you can still feel the heat. Here are some cool spots just a few minutes’ walk from Gosenjaku Hotel Kamikochi.
【Shimizu River】
Shimizu River is just a few seconds’ walk from Gosenjaku Hotel Kamikochi. Surrounded by trees, the area is shaded, and the river water stays around 7°C all year. This makes it a great spot to cool down during your walk. From Shimizu Bridge, you can also enjoy the beautiful view of water crowfoot swaying in the river.
【Naka River】
Naka River is about a 5-minute walk from Gosenjaku Hotel Kamikochi, flowing through the Konashidaira Campground. The river has very clear water because it is fed by abundant spring water. Just watching the clear water flow can make you feel cool. During your walk, why not visit this spot to cool down and enjoy the beautiful clear river?
