Gosenjaku Cuisine produced by our main chef, Hidenobu Kohama
Our guests staying at Gosenjaku will enjoy our French dinner at our main dining “GRAND” on the 2nd floor. The dinner of “Gosenjaku Cuisine” is produced from Kamikochi’s local products and ideas, as well as menus made with selected flavors from all over Japan.
“Tonjiru (the pork miso-soup)” is only served to our guests staying over night
We always aim to serve the best fit food for guests to start the day in Kamikochi… egg plates made with eggs from the Matsumoto Aida poultry farm, “Tonjiru” which has been the regular menu from those days as Gosenjaku Ryokan, and the jam made from an original recipe of Gosennjaku Hotel.

This sweets and café & bar “LOUNGE” is furnished with Matsumoto fork art furniture. In this calm relaxing café & bar, you can enjoy the original coffee and cakes of Gosenjaku Hotel, as well as selected alcohol beverages with the beautiful view that spreads outside the windows.
Opening hours: 11:00-15:00
This is a family friendly restaurant with general menus such as the “Sanzoku” set meal, and the spicy curry supervised by the master chef of Gosenjaku Hotel.
